Your NC-OBC certificate is valid for 1 year. Ideally, this is the format that is ideally used for CAT application: https://cdn.digialm.com//per/g01/pub/756/ASM/WebPortal/17/PDF/NC-OBC_Certificate.pdf . But if your NC-OBC Certificate has expired, you can also use this Undertaking Certificate. https://cdn.digialm.com//per/g01/pub/756/ASM/WebPortal/17/PDF/UNDERTAKING_CAT_2020.pdf stating that you will produce the Certificate atleast by the time of Interview.

Thank u for reply..my certificate is expired...but i have some doubt regarding undertaking form.
In the undertaking form they have mentioned to consolidate old nc obc certificate with undertaking form in pdf and upload online. But how old the certificate should be they haven't mentioned.
can u tell me about this ? I have 6 year old certificate.

Hey Aspirant,

As per 7th pay commision recommendation the Non-creamy OBC certificate validity is one financial year.
