According to your rank , you do have chances to get radiology or DNB radiology according to different college's cutoffs. Just check the list of colleges which accept this rank and make sure you choose the best according to your rank.

With 16726 All India rank in NEET PG 2020,  you will unfortunately not be able to get DNB Radiology or Radiology from a good government college. In 2018, the cutoff rank for DNB Radio diagnosis in Round 2 was 6508.

You can however, easily get admission into DNB Radio Therapy, whose cutoff in Round 2 in 2018 was 20253.
