l have got 66% in 12th board Examination (2019) from B.S.E.B and Im belongs to OBC Category So, am i Eligible for JEE Advance 2020?

For jee advance you need 75% or be in top 20percentile in your respective board of class 12th

For general category-75%  in bourd is required for SC/ST-65%  &  for OBC min 70% is required.
I also give 12th improvement from BSEB in 2019 & got 70%
If u score 66% in your boards it isn't  possible for attempting jee advance.You can give improvement of class 12th in consucutive year i.e 2020..
But
You can get a good NIT college if u r in top 20percentile  in your boards & get a good rank in JEE Mains.
