There is an application called Karnataka cet exam preparation app it has 15 years cet papers with solutions.

Papers with solutions are available in pdf forms so you can download them easily. One drawback is that it has quite a few number of ads,apart from that this app is trusted and used by many students. It has also proven to be helpful. You can easily find that app on Google Playstore.
