As registration can be done late bit we have  to pay extra fee for the registration for late registration in the state level for  states in India likewise in the states Telangana, Andhara Pradesh, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh and there will be open for the student if any seats are available after the students of that state get the seat and after that any of the seats available for the other candidates we should pay extra fee to that college and join in the available branch this the procedure done in the state level and 1st preference is given to the student belongs to that state only and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.
