hi sir iam fmge graduated student from china and domicile of telangana did my 10+2 in telangana and also i registered in telanagna state council and i got my licence certificate am i eligible for state counselling in telangana ? in convenor quota neet pg 2020

Well if you have the domicile of Telangana state then you will be eligible for state quota counseling in Telangana state only. You can participate in counseling for state quota government seats for medical colleges.
