Hello,

Any sort of tight clothes are not allowed and it includes jeans and leggings. You can wear trousers and salwars with no fancy props attached to it as per the NTA guidelines. Along with that you can keep a half sleeved upper which is light and has no embroideries or big buttons or brooches.
