Considering the facilities, infrastructure and placements the list goes in the following manner:

1. NIT trichy
2. NIT Warangal
3. NIT Suratkal
4. NIT Calicut
5. MNIT jaipur
6. MNIT Allahbad
7. VNIT Nagpur
8. NIT Rourkela

Except for the top 3 institutes placement in other NITs for M-tech is pretty bad but the facilities, faculties and infrastructure would be outstanding.

You can also prefer going to Bits because the placements are equal or better than the top NITs. You would even get a chance to do internship in the last semester in top notch companies.
