Government Medical College, Vidisha (MP) – around 436 marks

RUHS College, Jaipur – around 406 marks
Medical College, Baroda – around 427 marks
Many new government colleges in states like Telangana, Uttarakhand, and Chhattisgarh may also accept scores below 450.

400 to 450 marks in NEET, you can get admission in private and deemed medical colleges in India. Government seats at this score are mostly not possible unless you belong to a reserved category in some specific states with lower cutoffs. Private colleges like Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences, Yenepoya Medical College in Mangalore, Sri Siddhartha Medical College in Tumkur, Dr DY Patil Medical College in Kolhapur, Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences in Bhubaneswar.
