Admission into medical as well as dental colleges is done only on the basis of NEET marks. To prove that you have cracked the exam by obtaining marks above the cut off marks, you have to submit your admit card, score card etc along with other mentioned documents. This is the only legal and ethical way to get into such a serious profession. Without qualifying neet, even foreign universities registered with the MCI do not accept candidates.
