Assuming that you've passed class 12th just now, it is important for you to know that 10th and 12th marks aren't really important for campus recruitment for most of the compaines that you'll come across. They are indeed important in general but you can cover that up with genuine reasons if asked in interview.

It is not mentioned as such which software companies give job to students with 60% or lower than that.

Well, it depends on certain factors:

• The student shows excellent performance in academics and elsewhere in his/her graduation.
• The student has work experience in the form of projects and internships.
• During interviews, the student is able to specify the reason why the score was less in 10th and 12th (you should keep your answer genuine whenever such questions are asked; try to focus on teh point where you've shown improvement).
• The student's qualifications and interests match with that of the recruiting company.

You really need not worry and stay depressed about your marks. You have your whole life ahead waiting for you to start fresh and achieve heights. Just focus on what should be done.
