Truth be told, NEET is one of the highest competitive entrance exams after 12th. And for every 1 Medical seat, statistics state that approximately 20-25 students apply. So you are in a race with another 24 Candidates whose dream only has been too become a Doctor, just like yours. Now with the kind of competition involved, stress, anxiety are bound to happen and this might result in Lower self confidence. Infact that is the normal cycle of a student. If your confidence doesn't get a little low you might never realise the intensity of the exam. Until you take a dip, you would never know the depth of the sea. At times, it is good to feel low because that is when you know how to pull up the strings and evolve much stronger. Now brain is an organ and it also needs rest. With the amount of pressure, that it goes through, it is bound to feel tired and that is the reason why we suffer from Brain fade at times. Try a SWOT analysis on yourself. Like write down your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to your motivation. If your strength is your memory power, use it to your advantage. Keep switching between subjects every hour or 2 so that the brain is kept fresh and doesnt get monotonous. For example, if you are studying from 10am to 5pm, study Physics for one hour, then shift to Chemistry and then to Biology. Do that every hour. And on Sunday mornings, take a mock test and in the evenings, take rest. That way your brain is refreshed. If your weakness that you cannot wake up early, compensate by studying until a little late in the night. Always tweak your lifestyle according to your strengths and what works in your favour. And always remember that Rome was not built in a day and a career is a diligent process.

If you are facing difficulties in practice exams then find out the area of difficulty which is to be solved. You have to do only one thing that is smart work .

I am giving you some smart tips through which you can easily hit the target without being demotivated :-

  • First of all make a proper schedule of studies by dividing the equal time for all subjects required for NEET.
  • Also keep some time for your hobbies so that you can refresh yourself.
  • Practice more on difficult areas to boost-up your confidence level.
  • Do not take too much load of studies which makes you pressurized.
  • Do not forget to practice the previous year papers especially in last two months. It enhances your confidence level.
  • Listen some light music which makes you comfortable and fresh.

I hope that now you can make yourself calm and cool for the preparations. We wish for your bright career.
