Let me tell you this honestly that there is no such thing as lowest rank in NEET 2020 in fact there is no such thing in any competitive exam. Your rank depends upon difficulty of the question paper and that how much your preparation was compared to other candidates.

If you are asking about that what is the lowest rank with which a person would get a government medical seat. Then you know it to know that getting a government medical seat depends upon multiple factors including your state your category your rank. Ok you haven't mentioned any of this so it's highly unlikely that I would be able to predict a college to you.

Some states like Kerala Uttar Pradesh Delhi Odisha have high cutoff in the range of 552 580 marks . some States have low cutoff.
