     Your btech grade is pretty good. Now, for admission in MS it doesn't depends on your grades. They will take lots more thing.

First you have to apply for GRE. Also you can apply for TOFEL or ELTS also. To get admission in good, you need to score 330+ in GRE. After foreign universities will look upon on your ex Co curriculum also. If you have done any, if you have any thesis or research papapers, letter of recommendation, internships, work ex etc. Those will also take a big roll in foreign universities for MS admission.
