Hello Sanjay,
I don't think there would be any effect in campus placements as you finally would only get a cetificate from MS Ramaiah university. MS Ramaiah would always provide world class faculty, so there would not be much difference in faculty in both the campus, though the teaching style are different for each lecturer. So finally I don't think you need to worry so much about the two campus.
