No, you can't wear jeans on NEET Exam Day and specially the jeans with fashionable big pockets or zips. To be on the safer side, it is advised to wear light clothes, so, avoid wearing jeans. It would be very good if you wear light color trousers or salwar suits.
Pls note if you wear prohibited clothes, you may not be able to give your NEET exam.
