Hi

You have not mention the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category

We don't have neet 2019 data for tamilnadu yet but in neet 2018 , 548 marks was required for general category for getting a seat in Madras Medical College under tamilnadu state quota

But cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

For example, cut off marks for medical colleges had increased by 30 to 50 marks on an average in neet 2019 in comparison of neet 2018

So , you should try to get at least around 580 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination for getting into Madras Medical College under tamilnadu

I hope that you find this helpful

Thankyou
