Please check You application form By using your User ID & password..If in your profile It shows that Your payment is pending Then You have to make it 2nd time to be sat on safe side..In further you can mailed them About your inconvinience Send them your both payment slips...M sure they will refund your Money if you did twice...

But for safer side Make payment twice because its last date as you mentioned.
