Hello Surendra

Then it is an open and Shut case. No offence but may be your Uncle is lying. Being an OBC category student you are not able to get that same college what her daughter got that too being a General candidate then it is crystal clear.

P.S : There is not much difference in OBC's cutoffs and General. It is just 0.9Multiplied, not much.

Ask them to show he proof. If you go with the facts then last year the closing marks was around 550 Under State Quota for General and this the cutoffs are expected to rise only so how can she get even i can't Understand.
