It can't be predicted the difficulty level of any Board exam as it varies every year. Generally , the Toughness level of any board exam is based on the percentile score among the students , If majority of students find the paper hard/easy ..then the percentile are also made on that basis.

As per my suggestion, go through the previous year question papers For Maharashtra H.S.C and observe the difficulty level year wise.. also ask your seniors about their experience during the exam .
