Hello Aspirant,
No you will not be eligible for JEE-Advance and JEE-Mains, the reason being is that your first appearance in class 12th is considered to determine the eligibility for JEE-Main and JEE-Advance and as you have mentioned that you already had passed class 12th in 2016 so according to which you were only eligible for JEE-Main and JEE-Advance 2016 and 2017. Now you cannot appear for JEE-Main and JEE-Advance.
