Hello,

Cutoff is not known yet as the process has not started. Give your improvement exam with all efforts and do your best so that you score high than the cutoff.

there are many exam stopped and it will be delayed so you have to wait untill all the process gets completed and Counselling process starts. Then only you will know the cutoff kept by NIT for 20 percentile.
