You have plenty of time to study but don't take it lightly you have to work smart rather than hard... First you have to focus on ncert and basics of each subject. And you can go through YouTube lectures mainly animated one which helps you to see the process or structures. Some improtant cycles are there in biology that cannot learn by imagination we have to see the process by YouTube... 

Personally I want to suggest do daily 10 MCQS from each subject and if you done 30 ( 10 mcqs from each subject ) then 2nd day you have to do next 30 mcqs along with revision of those mcqs you have done the previous day by that you don't feel burden and you will revise daily new mcqs along with old one.

NEET examination   has  physics, chemistry and biology of 11th and 12th class in almost same proportions.

The best companion is NCERT physics chemistry and biology.

Biology is asked directly from ncert books in NEET examination. 

For practising numericals,  practice hc verma and for chemistry , dc pandey.
