Yes, you can clear your exam. Normally after final semester is over within a period of 4-5 months special exam is conducted for students who have compartment in any semester paper.

This would be same for your college board also. Please visit the administration section who deals with exam related matters. Ask them for details and next session of back-paper clear exam. They will surely let you know and guide you how to clear the paper.

If you are in your semester and back paper can be given as per your board guidelines then you can give.
