Yes, you can persue MBA after completing your graduation. As MBA is a post graduation course which should be done after under graduation.

Look at Eligiblity criteria for MBA,

• One should have 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 completed
• one should have minimum of 50% in there graduation
• SC/st have 5% relaxation

If you are going to any normal college then it's ok. But if you are going in IIMs you should firstly crack CAT exam and then score above 80 to 90% in the respective entrance exam.

IIMs don't accept students without CAT and don't accept students who gets below 80% in entrance exexa
