Hello Sachin Moni,

if you have a backlog in 5th semester BSC, you need to clear it according to Norms of your university or college you are currently studying. Various colleges/institutes allow students to clear backlogs while they are in the next Regular Semester too. Please check it with your current College Administration. 

             After clearing the backlog and 6th semester, you can opt for any college or university for MCA, if you meet their eligibility. They won't check your previous backlogs if you have cleared them.
