Hello,u can get kiit university,viit vellore etc on the basis of 12th marks but u have to pass their entrance test which is not so tough..It will be easy..And i don't think so any govt.college will given preferance to ur jee main marks..u can get here private only like christ university,LPU..These r also decent universities which has best placement record if u compare it to nit,iit colleges..Many iits,nit are worst..So it should be ur decision...Otherwise take a drop and prepare for iit again..u can but if u r financially good try these private ones..They r best...
