Yes definitely you are eligible to get admission in any medical college. As per the admission criteria for medical college, candidate must have passed 12th class with physics, biology and chemistry as mandatory subject, however passing marks may vary from college to college. As you mentioned, mathematics is your additional subject then its marks wouldn't be counted.
