Yes dear.! Once you clear your improvement exams and pass class 12 with minimum of total 50% aggregate marks in PCB subjects, then you will surely become eligible for the NEET entrance exam in the next year- 2020.

Yes, you can appear for NEET again in 2020. There is no issue in appearing for NEET exam twice. Many students take a drop year to prepare for NEET and give the exam again. You would have to put in extra efforts since you are also appearing for boards again.
