You cannot take admission in the basis of a gapp certificate. A chap certificate is just a proof that you took some time off and the reason you took off. It helps one to not let go of their ambitions. You can present your certificate during the counseling but in order to get admission you have to be eligible for it. You have to have good scores or qualify the entrance of the institution you are applying at has Entrance system.
