Yes you will be eligible for uttarakhand state quota seat.

As you have mentioned you belong to uttarakhand and completed your class x studies in uttarakhand.

The candudate is eligible for state quota if he or  she posses domicile of that particular state .

Now the candidate will get domicile of the state in which his parents reside more than ten years , or he had completed more than ten years in that state , then he or she will be rligible for state quota if that particular state.

You also can try for all India quota seat from Rajasthan but your main state will be considered as uttarakhand .
