For final settlement of EPFO   mandatory form is Form 19,Form10 c and form 3.But you filled only form 19 .Form 19 is for final settlement of  PF and form 10c is for pension withdrawal.So your all saving amount will directly go to your bank because it is your final settlement that's why they dont ask .
