Hi Harshit..
There is no problem if you fill the April mains form without using old application number.If you sore more percentile in April mains then they consider it otherwise January's result will be considered during counseling.Make sure that registration is successfully completed or not.If once completed then there is no issue.For more details you can visit the official website of the NTA.
