Most of the colleges require above 50% marks in undergraduate degree for the admission of the post graduate degree. For M.Sc in Biochemistry, you should have completed B.Sc degree in Biochemistry with above 50% marks. Some colleges will allow you to have any life sciences degree in your under graduation.
