You haven't mentioned the name of the course you're applying for however from your profile it seems you're a medicine aspirant, and NEET is conducted for admission of MBBS, along with the following courses;

• Bachelor of Dent al Surgery (BDS)
• Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry(BVSc & AH)
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
• Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B,A.M.S)
• Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS)
• Bachelor of Naturopaathy and Yoga Sciences (BNYS)
• Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S)
• Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS)

Now, even for admission of BSc Nursing and BPharm NEET scores are accepted, however NEET isn't mandatory in these cases,

In order to appear for NEET candidates are required to fulfill the following criteria;

Attained 17 years by 31st December of the  appearing year.

Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects.

PCB Aggregate inclusive of theory and practical needs to be achieved against one's respective category-

• UR - 50%
• SC/ST/OBC - 40%
• PWD - 45%

As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET till Supreme Court passes any judgment regarding the same hence no more restrictions in number of attempts.
