I am sorry to inform you that BSc Nursing is a branch that has very limited intake. There are only 50 seats and 3 government medical colleges that provide Bsc Nursing course. So you can see that having a rank of 2233 you may not get admission easily in IPU. Moreover you are from Outside Delhi category which requires even better ranks for admission. However hope for the best and apply for the course.
