As you have good score in neet, therefore considering the cutoff released you have cleared the neet exam and the cutoff marks for  candidates to qualify are above 119. 

Therefore there are chances for you to get a government medical college but certainly difficult to get one in tamilnadu. 

One way to go for same is you put your college preference of tamilnadu at priority.
