If you are asking for counseling fee then it is almost refundable for every exam and college you applied for. But if you are asking for the money you paid for seat in any college and now you are canceling your seat then your amount is refundable. If you take the amount back in 15 days then you will get whole amount after this may be you will get 20 to 30% deduct from your money and remaining will be given back to you.
