See if you are talking about Government degree colleges, then you can get admission to the average colleges not in good ones. Also you may not get the Hons course due to such low marks so you may have to take admission in the general courses. But yeah! for that case you may have some chances. But I would recommend you to apply for private colleges as well in order to be safe about it.
