Here are Universitites which offer pharmacy course and they do not require GPAT qualification but these institutes will conduct their own entrance exam.

1. Al-Ameen college of pharmacy, banglore

2. Anand Pharmacy college

3. Bits Pilani

4. Manipal University

5. SRM university

But i would sugguest you to give GPAT entrance exam to get college colleges.
