Yes, you can take admission through Delhi Home Quota. It doesn't matter from where you have done your 12th. Even if you have done it from Haryana you are eligible for Delhi reserved seats, if you have a Domicile of Delhi.
If not you are not eligible to take admission through the reserved quota.
