Admission to medical colleges is on the basis of NEET rank and candidate must have qualified the NEET exam for admission to colleges under Management quota also. With a rank of around 8 lakhs, I think you have not qualified the NEET exam. I would suggest you to prepare well and appear next year for the exam.Good Luck!
Are you asking for the direct admission ? If yes then it is not allowed the admission is based on NEET Entrance Exam only. As you know that with this score you didn't qualify the exam.
