Hello student yes you can do Chartered Accountant as per ICAI guidelines there's no upper age limit to pursue chartered accountant. As you mentioned you've completed your Mcom so you don't need to appear for CPT (1st level exam) you can directly get admission in Intermediate and after clearing intermediate you need to do 3year article ship and once you complete your article ship you're eligible to apply for Chartered Accountant (CA) final exams.
