Manipal institute of technology is better than amity university in various aspects. It does not have a management quota so the peer you get here is far better. Manipal is known for its diverse culture and overall student development rather than only academics. MUJ is not over crowded. It has decent number of students. You will know most of you batch mates, seniors and juniors. Some of the faculty at MUJ has previously taught in MIT manipal. Almost all of the faculty have published research papers in reputer publications like IEEE, ACM etc. There is a huge reasearch grant of 16 crores for the students to take part in research activities .
