many people are saying that petrochemical engineering is very risky decision for future isn't? and minimum package in PE? i am in confusion please help me

Hello.
Your concern is genuine yes pursuing petrochemical engineering is risky for future but it is not true that you will not have placement after doing it because it depends on the market two - three year back petrol and diesel was on the peak
But now due to the effect of political and economical condition companies are not hiring new employees while they are kicking the old ones also.
Even in future it is risky to have placement because engineers and scientists are working to find that technology by which vehicle could run without using petrol and diesel only thing which they trying to use as a fuel is water.
