many people say that all govt. seats are booked before the neet exam, is it true or not i am worried about this

If you want to take admission in Government Medical Colleges then you have to go through the NEET counselling process. So nope! one can't take admission to government medical colleges before the NEET. Even one can't take admission in any medical colleges until and unless they have a NEET valid score. So don't worry about it and keep on preparing.
