After 12th admission to the various course in different fields is based on entrance exam score and not on 12th percentage.

If you want to get into the medical or engineering field then NEET, JEE, or state CET score is important.

If you want to go for Law then CLAT is compulsory other than this for BBA, B.com, BCA, B.Sc you can get admission based on 12th percentage.
