Dear Mukul, in 2018 under All India Quota, 542 marks secured a seat in 2 Government Medical Colleges in Karnataka. This was the cut off for General Category. This year it has been stated that the cut offs in Government Medical Colleges will go by 25 marks. Going by that, with 595 marks you have a chance at:
GMC, Mysore
VIMS, Bellary
HIMS, Hassan
KIMS, Hubli
ESIC, Bangalore
BIMS, Belgaum
MIMS, Mandya among others.
Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various colleges at:
