It is difficult to predict the score because admission in NITs depends on the cut off. Considering the previous year cut off you need to score minimum 110-120 marks to have decent chances of getting seat in Computer Science Engineering in a decent NIT. Cut off depends on various factors like number of seats available, difficulty of exam and number of candidates qualified.

Answering to the point, being from ST Category you should target securing atleast 100/300 in JEE Main 2021, to stand a good chance in securing Circuital Branches like CSE, ECE or EEE at some of the Top NITs including your Home State NIT.
