Before answering your question, let us look at some of the statistics so that we can devise a rough score for selection.

2018 :
AIQ cutoff marks for ST : 401

2017 :
AIQ cutoff marks for ST : 420
State quota cutoff marks for ST : 301

In case we see that, the cutoff hardly went above 410 in both the years so it would be generally be advised to score a minimum of 410. But this year we have a bit of twist owing to the fact that
1. The number of Examinees drastically shot up.
2. Level of paper fell down.

So, there's a chance that the Cutoff might increase and considering this fact, it's better to assume that.
A score 400 through State Quota would be beneficial and a score of 450 through AIQ might help you.
